Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

PARKZEN provides installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), modernization, and technical consultation for automated parking systems, including Stack Parking, Puzzle Parking, Tower Parking, and related equipment.

2. Preventive Maintenance

Scheduled preventive maintenance includes inspection, tightening of mechanical components, lubrication, safety checks, electrical inspections, cleaning of control panels, and performance testing of the parking system.

3. Breakdown Support

Our team will attend breakdown to set right the system ASAP (within 2-3 hours during daytime and next day morning for late night breakdown call- Normally) On top priority. In case the breakdown is major you have to allow us for system shutdown to conduct breakdown work. Our best efforts will be there to put the system back in operation after immediate replacement / repairing but in case of major damage you need to bear replacement cost and time.

4. Service Schedule

Routine maintenance visits shall be carried out as specified in the customer’s AMC contract. Additional visits may be chargeable unless otherwise agreed.

5. General

Our Maintanance team is available at kolkata and Mumbai 24/7. Maintance engineer is posted at mumbai and kolkata only. Overall incharge is always available over phone to address any issue.

6. Exclusions

1. Any damage of system or cars or user or properties etc due to failure of motor or motor break or motor gear box or safety device or anti fall device or rope / lifting chains etc. We shall be no way responsible for such failuers or damages as we are not system manufacturer or supplier or any equipment manufacturer. We are only maintenance contractor.
2. Any damage of system or car or user due to faulty desgine, wrong operation, structural issue, ingress of water, software / control issue or electrical surge, theft, vandalism etc. Clint to bear replacement expenses for such incidents as extra.
3. Major parts like motors, PLC, System software, inverter, safety actuators etc.
4. House keeping and cleaning work of the parking system.
5. Any work of system steel structural and any civil work / cladding / roofing work / painting and power supply to system panel.

7. Spare Parts

Replacement parts will be supplied at additional cost

8. Liability

PARKZEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including vehicle damage, business interruption, or loss of income resulting from equipment failure, misuse, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made according to the quotation or AMC agreement. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding dues are cleared.

11. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable GST and other statutory taxes unless otherwise stated.

12. Force Majeure

PARKZEN shall not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or power failures.
